honestly its tough to say. Due to the size of OEL's contract there would need to either be retention or ARZ is going to need to take back a bad contract. Even with that, OEL puts Boston tight to the cap after they re-sign some of their other guys and they will have yet to address their need for scoring. That makes it hard to move DeBrusk because they could fit him on a bridge deal. ARZ is really in a tough spot because OEL has a full NMC and report are that (as of now) the only teams he'd waive for are Boston or Edmonton. To make it worse for ARZ they have just over $1 million in space with only 17 players. ARZ really doesn't have much negotiation power.
