I agree with the 4 guys you want to move to get cap compliant but you need to massage your contracts to save an extra 850K-1M so you can sign cheap a 13th forward and 7th dman.

Stephen and Volkov you should be able to get for bare minimum salary since they have no arb rights and did not play a ton of games last year so that saves $350000. I think you can get Cernak signed on a 2 year bridge for $2.5M so that saves $500000 which allows you to get two minimum $700K salary players to fill out a 22 man roster.
