Easy pass for Ottawa. The 1st round swap is only 3 spots, and Jost isn't worth nearly enough to make it worth two 2nds.

Would a ahl prospect added make it worth 2 -2nds?

COL
2020 1st round pick (NYI)
2020 2nd round pick (CBJ)
2021 2nd round pick (SJS)
OTT
Jost, Tyson [RFA Rights]
2020 1st round pick (COL)

This is interesting. As already mentioned, it's only a slight improvement in picks in the first round, going from 28th to 25th. Normally a small jump is done during the draft, when your targeted choice is still available, but might not get to your pick. So there's no judging the true value, from very little to no value because your targeted choice is likely to fall to your pick, or if there's a huge value because he isn't.

I don't have a problem giving a mid second round pick for Tyson Jost, as he is a legit NHL player, and still has some upside at 22 years of age. The SJS pick is next year, and will probably be lower into the second round than this year. CBJ pick is 52nd, but after the Arizona forfeit pick, so it's actually the 51st player chosen.

I would counter with the 33rd pick instead of the 28th.

Unless we were to swap Nichuskin for Nino, we have plenty of similar players to him.
