I saw a similar proposed trade for Manson 6OA and Troy Terry or a second for Nylander and 15 OA. This one might be a little more ambitious but I just thought I’d see about working in Rakell and a second going the other way

lol I legit thought of the same trade last night but with dermott instead of the second. Interesting to see if Anaheim would consider or how much needs to be added.

15 OA+2nd doesn’t get it done? Is there something that can be added or package doesn’t get considered at all without Marner?

Rakell and Manson are both very vital to the Ducks. 6OA is very valuable in this deep draft. Marner would really be the only thing we want. Unless you added Liljgeren or Robertson

Fair enough. I think the original trade with Terry makes more sense for both teams if it went down. Appreciate the discussion

I would drop the second and add lily. I think it could work for both sides

I would too 100% personally, I feel like adding more young pieces for more older players would scare more leaf fans away than the original trade proposal tho. Not to say it’s not fair

I would do that but I don't think I'm sending the Pitt first back... Maybe the second.
