and what reason do the penguins have for giving you a younger McCann and Murray?

It was back on the trend that GMJR has been targeting players that previously played for him or was in his system.

The Bonino part makes some sense, it's the Murray part that threw me off.

Honestly, i knew Pekka was aging and he would be the replacement. i didnt know what kind of stock Nash had in Saurous (dont spell check that) or any other goalies in their system.

My best guess is this --

2020-21 -- Saros - Rinne
2021-22 -- Saros - Ingram (maybe Rinne signs a 1-year deal)
2022-23 -- Saros - Ingram (give Askarov one year in the AHL after he's done in the KHL)
2023-24 -- Ingram - Askarov
2024-25 -- Askarov - Ingram
