Hoping this happens exactly as you have posted. I hope CBJ doesn't overpay for Hall, but this is good value and I am hoping he would consider CBJ given the current team culture, talent, and recent playoff success.

I'd be extremely interested in this as a SJS fan, but I am not sure we can afford that contract (Labanc needs to sign). Jenner is a LW/C, right? We're good on LW and 1/2C. Unless he can play 3C.

Defense core is unreal, great 1-2 punch in goal, Domi was a perfect 2C acquisition, speed youth and size all through the lineup. Might become a sleeper CBJ fan if they dont play the Bruins

Hes really versatile. can kinda play anywhere you want. Would be a nice two-way center behind Couture and Hertl

Just be careful jumping on the bandwagon, we need all of the sleeper fans we can get.

I really like Jenner, and would hate to lose him.
If it came down to dumping more salary, i would prefer dumping Nash and keeping Jenner, but the market for Nash is not as strong.
Jenner had been LW for his first several years with CBJ, but he was needed back at center about 3 years ago.
He is very strong on the puck, and has won about 55% of FO last year.
Good leader, Leads by example and doesn't take any shifts off, even in practice.
He is kind of a stretch though at 2C, he fills more of a 3C role (thus the trade for Domi).
