To think Mangiapane equates to a third line overpaid C then you’d be sorely mistaken. See the value you just got on Johnsson, now lessen it for Kerfoot.

And they say leaf fans overvalue our players. Johnsson was a cap dump hence the return are you saying smidt was only worth a 3rd? No vegas needed to dump cap so they didn't get full value. We probably won't get much back for Kerfoot if we move him but that is because of cap reasons. My initial response was to make a point about how lopsided the OPs trade offer was lopsided in Calgary's favour but I guess you missed that.
