That’s three pretty awful trades for Buffalo. Why would they do any of them? At this point in his career Kane puts up only a little more than Olofsson or Reinhart individually.

I would rather have 2 60 point scorers that make a collective $10 million than one $10 guy who is on the wrong side of 30, but might score 80 points. Buffalo is desperate for offense, they can’t put all the eggs in one basket. You don’t have two or 3 productive lines if you put all your talent on one line, because you gave up your depth to get one player.

Reinhart is 50-60 point guy and olofsson had 1 season so far so basically 40-50 point guy. Kane has scored at a point per game rate his entire career including putting up 2 years matching those 2 players best totals combined. Dont think 20-30 more points is a "little more" otherwise there really isnt that much difference between someone like Kevin Hayes or Jack Eichel in terms of production is there? That being said neither team wants this.

lol I like how you call Reinhart and Olofsson "2 60 point players" collectively making 10M (which if they are 60 point players won't be the case)

But then call Kane a "might hit 80 point player"
