As a bruins fan I’d be so mad if Hoffman signed with EDM for that cheap, lost chara and traded Bjork to you guys. I’ve also never been on board for that chiasson-Bjork swap, never understood the purpose of it from a bruins stand point.

I honestly don’t like the idea of trading Chiasson. He is strong on the puck, hard to move from in front of the net and has a good wrister but the Oilers are light on LW depth.

I’ve seen the rumors. Bjork for Chiasson makes zero sense to me, as does chara leaving boston.

Chiasson for Bjork is not happening now that the Bruins signed Craig Smith. They have no use for another RW.

Do you really think Chara will go somewhere other than Boston? I'd target Andy Greene, myself.

Also Hoffman is going to want at least what Dadonov got.
