Honestly Id be Ok with that, But IMO TOR would need to dump Salary like someone such as Holl in exchange for a 4th? In order to be Cap compliant

I would say you either find another team to take it or you add it to the deal for free. No reason for the hawks to pay a pick to TOR to take Kerfoot or Holl in order to keep TOR cap compliant when the hawks don't want those players anyways
