Ducks decline. Downgrade on D, and pick up another C that they don't need.

Leafs decline. Certainly Kesler is meaningless in any trade, even if on LTIR, and there is the danger of him deemed medically fit at some time.
Bennett and Manson cost 6.6m.....Rather fhave Kerfoot and Holl at 5.5. Manson isn't that special anymore and Holl was the Leafs 3rd best Dman last season
Besides a 20 man roster with 440,000 in cap isn't need practical.
