Chevy would want Nugent-Hopkins+Bouchard for Laine Larsson and Bouchard doesn't cut it. You just added a long term Carey Price at $10.5 mil per and then are looking at giving Laine anywhere from $9.5m-$10.0m per for 7 years good luck with that.

They take on Neal though, I think it’s a better deal for Mtl but Edm gets a #1 finally and Danault gets to be a 2nd line Center...honestly everything I’ve done is ridiculous and wouldn’t happen lol. Just for fun though

Plus I would love to see how many goals Laine could get with Conner, would be a lot of fun to watch

I’m sure the Jets would want more but they are getting two RD which they could really use right now. And Larsson was tougher to give up than Bouchard was. I’m a big fan of Larsson, I think he would fit in perfectly in Winnipeg and the fans would love him

FWIW Draisaitl $8.5m+Neal $5.75m+Koskinen $4.5m that's roughly $18.75m going to Montreal Price $10.5m_Danault $3.083.333m Roughly Montreal is taking on $5 million extra and they don't have the cap space for it.
