Is it saying Thompson/Pytlik will be ahead of Zacha on depth chart and same for Bahl/Walsh over Seves? Not quite sure how to read this exactly but neat exercise.

Zacha is developing into a solid bottom six LW/C. Pytlick has been consistently putting up top 6 numbers in the Czech Republic, and Thompson was the top scorer in the NCAA this year, also putting up elite analytics. He's NHL ready, and a 100% top six quality centermen. One of the most underrated prospects in the whole league. The only reason he's on the third line is because we have Hischier and Hughes as the one-two punch.

Stacked. The only thing this team needs is a true #1 defenseman.

Ty Smith is the top defensemen in the WHL by miles. And Will Butcher and Ryan Murray already put up top pair analytics. We already have three true #1 defensemen.

Bastian is good, but I don't think he's better than any of these guys. These guys are studs.
Elite Prospects has Thompson listed as a centerman. Are you sure he's a right winger?
Also, who's Gritsyuk?

What I meant was an franchise defenseman. Player like Hedman, Pietrangelo, Carlson, etc.

I say Bastian because Fitzy has mentioned him by name a couple of times. Most recently, when they let Rooney and Hayden walk...biggest reason he let them go being he wants Bastian in there.
Thompson plays mostly RW at Providence. Will be RW at NHL level.
Gritsyuk was NJD 5th rounder last year. Lit up MHL (Russian junior league). Was linemates with Chinakhov (who was undrafted last year, went in 1st round this year to Columbus). He has been playing this year both KHL and MHL. Small, highly skilled forward with high ceiling. Biggest asset is playing off boards - not really open ice - so some think his game will translate to NA game. https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/519772/arseni-gritsyuk

Ty Smith is the 2nd highest scoring defensemen in WHL history I believe. And his analytics are ELITE. He's definitely going to be a franchise defensemen.
