I wanna move to Cali so bad. Can someone sponsor me frown

I lived in Minneapolis (among other places) so pretty close to Canada in terms of climate and now live in California; I've never looked back!

If you moved to the USA to a place like California, pretty sure you'd think it's the best place as opposed to having icicles hanging out of your nostrils! LMAO smile

Nah, I prefer to stay in Canada. I personally like having minus 30 tempetures (yes, saskatchewan has minus 30 temperatures quite often. Around once a year we -40!).

If you think Minnepolis is cold, you are wrong. I went there one and it was very warm.

Exactly, which is why the majority of the geography of Canada is only nice if you're an Eskimo!

Canada is not all the same temperature. Southern Ontario and Vancouver are about as cold as Minneapolis. Saskatchewan, on the other hand, is pretty much the coldest inhabited place on earth. Execpt the canadian territories and Alaska.

I've been to Canada more times then I can count; Vancouver which is beautiful 7 months of the year, the other 5 is rainy/sleet/snow and gloomy in the winter although warmer then most of Canada and the only city I would ever consider personally. I've never been to Montreal but the other major cities I have and I just couldn't do it in the winter.

I wouldn't consider any major cities either, I live on a farm actually. You probably think I'm crazy for actually prefering the cold.

I spent 30 years living in Minneapolis and Chicago collectively; believe me, I get driving in snow storms and it can be brutal no doubt.

As far as big cities, I can do without them at this point in my life. I live 30 minutes away from the city here in California where houses have a bit more land, water views and mountains around us; really beautiful but I could definitely go more rural too around a lake with mountains and maybe with "some snow" in the winter would be perfect. I just can't do grey skies for 4 months of the year and 30+ days never reaching above freezing anymore.
