And Kreider won't? He may lose his LW spot to Lafreniere and that could happen as early as this year.

Scored 99 points and had an off year... slipping. When Gretzky was 26, he dropped nearly 40 points in production. Next year he jumped back up and added 20 points with a completely new, much weaker team. I get Gretzky is a different species but off years happen

I think they will figure a way to get Krug in their Top 6. Not sure who you would take out, but I think Krug will get a spot...good problem to have if you're Team USA.
