If there is an issue with Okposo not being a 1st worse than Sutter, please note the two extra years Okposo has. Also I know about the M-NMC's and this is clearly ignoring them/hoping for the best.

Feel free to address other issues.

That is an interesting solution, I kinda like it, more than fair for everyone, Detroit has the space to pull it off and would love the extra first.

A reasonable scenario but Detroit may want another sweetener say a 3rd & this could fly.
