He's a super long shot, but I hope Tyler Kleven can grab a job as a late entry. He's replacing Alex Vlasic who was likely a lock for the team, so maybe they see Kleven as a capable replacement to bring that raw physical presence defensively. Probably just a day dream for Sens fans, but it's really nice to see him there at all.

It certainly doesn't have the star power in the depth, I think the D core is better than people are giving it credit for tho, the only likely route to victory i see for them is through goaltending. Parity is decently high in the tournament so they have a chance but im not exactly willing to gamble a whole lot of money on them.

My one thought is that given the NCHC bubble situation, I sort of doubt North Dakota would let him go if he wasn't likely to make the team. As it stands, losing Sanderson and Kleven leaves them with just 6 D, and with injuries they have no extra skaters at all. They have another 4 or 5 games to play while Kleven would be gone, so if he's just filling a hole at the Junior Camp, I don't know that they would be willing to lose him for that.

Hope Kleven makes it, I think he’d be a pretty solid 3rd pair physical presence. Top 6 is really good and Knight is a top 3 goalie in the tournament, and honestly it kinda sucks that Wolf is American, cuz he’s probably 4th or 5th, as a Flames fan I woulda liked to see him play. I don’t think their bottom 6 is that incredible and their D are just okay after Sanderson and York, but they should probably still beat Russia for bronze. Overall I’m still pumped though, between the Sens and Flames I should have a half dozen or so guys to keep an eye on (looks like Sanderson, Stutzle, Jarventie, Kuznetsov, Zary, and Pelletier should be making their teams) so I’m really looking forward to the WJC this year! Helps that Canada looks like the favourite :P

True but hes just not a very skilled player. I dont think you play him any higher than 4c with Bordeleau as an option
