Hall would probably want a 6 year deal with more money included. I think he could easily score 55-60 points this season with Eichel so he could probably demand atleast 8,5m

55-60 points isn't gonna be worth the same this year, maybe if he hits 25 goals

I don't think a lot of good teams will have the cap space to go after hall, so either he goes to Edmonton or Nashville/Columbus

I really don’t think the Oilers need Hall. Keep the Nuge/Drai/Yam line together, and run McDavid with Puljujarvi and Kahun. The money is there if Hall will take less than he can likely get, but the Oilers finally have cap space - why waste it on a single player?
