Pretty good. I'd imagine with the familiarity factor, Russell would get the 3LD spot before whichever free agent vet they sign.

I also believe Nuge will be with Connor, seeing as Kahun was signed in large part with his connection to Drai. That also gives each of 97 and 29 a legit top 6 player with them (Nuge and Yamo). Then between Kassian, Kahun, and Puljujarvi -> theres a middle 6 guy with the potential to be an effective top 6 guy.

That is my opinion also. But, although 97 has managed to produce without a legit top 6 winger with him, i just feel bad for him haha. Like obviously with the money that he and Draisaitl make, its not as easy to find cap for 1st line wingers, but given what that he is still able to produce amongst the top in the league with Ennis, Kassian, and Archibald as his leading wingers once the Drai-Nuge-Yam line started to mesh, I personally feel like he deserves a high IQ, offensive player that can help him out.

Having said that, its clear that he can produce with pretty much anyone, so I'm not opposed to keeping the Nuge-Drai-Yamo line together, and letting 97 carry his line-mates next season
