Tampa isn't trading Drouin, And Shattenkirk wants to play in the East not in Western Canada on a rebuilding team.

Forget a re-tool, Vancouver needs a full out rebuild.

You're joking with Coyotes trade. An average centre making too much money in exchange for your cheap potentially very good and a 35th overall pick. Looks like a trade so Canucks can get cap space. Not happening.
And the Philly trade is similar. Is Flyers need average goaltending they certainly a trading Markstrom for Prtovorov. Good luck with Vegas taking Sbisa. Sorry Canucks have his cap hit too.

For 8 million per, Shattenkirk should sign in China.
Miller at 2 million per over six years is basically cap circumvention, and will end up being a cheap buyout at the end. He OBVIOUSLY won't play for 6 more years...
Provorov is being exchanged for a former 1st round pick power forward, an upgrade in goaltending, and a high second round pick. Philly has a plethora of young D-men coming through the ranks, and won't be able to accommodate all of them, some will have to be moved, and that package is fair value.
I still maintain Tampa will not be able to afford to keep Drouin with their cap situation. Of course they don't want to trade him, but they may see him walk away for nothing.

I don't' know why I even acknowledge Palhal anymore, obviously never even seen a canucks game.

Did anyone notice I slid Nolan Patrick in there too??? no comments on that????
