If Ottawa won the 2nd and 3rd overall picks we pick Byfield and Stutz, and with the NYI pick we got for Pageau, if they did horrific and ended up lowest possible at 12th overall, hopefully we trick Nashville into not taking Askarov and we take him at 12th instead of taking the next Marchand in Ridley Greig

BONUS!!!! We got a tone of 2nd round picks coming up, and our 1st round picks for the next 2 years are hopefully in the top 3.

Also we never traded our pick for Duchene, and instead we get Bowem Byram instead of Lassi Thompson

Do you friendly folk think Stutz is over rated? will he have a better career than Byfield?

No. The only swap that happens in the case of the Avs is Tkachuk or Byram not something else all together

True I got a bit carried away, when Ottawa traded Duchene to CBJ we received the 1st round pick that netted us Lassi Thompson. Way too tough to connect them through a tree and traded the proper pieces to make it work haha
