I was on the fence about this one but most predictions seem to think so just because the D needs more international experience.

Top 6 is a stretch, maybe middle 6 but he is getting older and we are looking at 2022 here.

Marchand is the 2nd best Canadian winger, after Mark Stone that you also left for whatever reason.

hes certainly better than mark stone, marchand is arguably a top 5 player in the world right now.
