i’m confused they were so high on him during camp and he was playing well on the second line and now he’s taxi squad ? just a little confused on that one
oh and same with gregor, they said gregor, nieto, and donato were a speedy third line and looked great in the scrimmages, but now gregors on taxi squad too ?

They will play him on opening night. And Gregor as well. They’re just on the taxi squad for now due to cap reasons I believe.

Doesn't necessarily mean that he won't play. It's likely a waiver thing, I think.

All good! Yeah the taxi squad is kind of confusing because it's like a continuation of the healthy scratch list, but players have to be on two way deals or have to clear waivers to get sent to the taxi squad. And it doesn't count against the cap. Bit of a weird one for sure.
