Where exactly are they getting covid from? Friends, Family? I don't know about the US but from where I am it's law to where a mask when out in public, although I still see idiots running around with out them. But if it's not friends and family is it the hotel staff? If this keeps up I can see the season being cancelled to be honest. Actually kind of sucks because I was looking forward to the Isles-Sabres game tonight.

I'd say regional bubbles before they cancel the season. League lost serious $$ last year and have a new TV contract coming up. They have got to find a way to play or there is no more NHL.

Thanks NJ! Once I saw that two devils were added before Sunday's game my first question was "why are they playing?" Saw this coming from a mile away.

Its hard to blame NJD. League sets the rules, schedule, etc. And devils were hit hard.

True that, it does stink but clearly there's a breakdown in protocols somewhere. These guys are suppose to self isolate it's why the Washington players are on the list they were all in the same hotel room at the same time. Jerseys not the first team this has happened to, Carolina and Dallas also went through it. If teams can't keep it controlled I honestly can't see the NHL letting it go on much longer as much as that would suck . If they do do regional bubbles I think a lot of players would opt out no one wants to be in a single quarantined city for the next 3 to 4 months. I'm thinking they'd have to shorten the season even further to make that work. But, this is just my opinion.
