It wouldn't work cause MTL would be over the cap and if they trade danault i think they might want someone who can play center to replace him so maybe McCann?

huge no from the penguins.
Danault nothing but a rental and you over here asking for 2 solid young players with control.
You aren't getting anything close to that.

Pens easily accept if Danault comes with an extension. Pens can't afford to pay for rentals though.

tho the money doesnt work, i think the value is for sure there.
I would hate to trade Danault but if it has to be done get it done i suppose. plus i dont think MTL will trade him right now as they are playing so well and he could be needed down the stretch
