I don’t think Andersen is going to get much more than he’s making now, and Kerfoot, Holl, and Robertson are probably on this team next year. I’d also expect Wayne Simmonds back on another 1 year contract given what he brings, and maybe Spezza. We’re hoping Anderson turns into another Johnsson, so I’d expect him on the third or fourth line.

We'd rather have Gerbe. There is literally no scenario in which trading anything of value for a goaltender makes sense for the Jackets right now - we're set at all levels, we have no expansion draft complications (Merzlikins is exempt and Kivlenieks is eligible to be exposed), and we have plenty of quality prospects moving up.
