Pens lose way to much and Buffalo gets alot but they also get older

Both teams easily decline, Buffalo because they get older, And Pittsburgh because they're vastly overpaying for Eichel.

I mean if the Sabres were to accept this, they would have a good shot at Shane Wright, Brad Lambert, or Savoie. The penguins would absolutely suck with this roster if that did that. And don’t they have the worst “prospect system” in all of hockey?
