I see Bouchard as a younger John Carlson as of right now.

I was alos thinking about Bouchard Dougie comparison last week as well. I think that is a really good comparison.
Benson isnt NHL material though IMO
Rodrigue, Skinner Will not be NHL players.

I was really mad about the benson pick when it happened. The oilers passed on DeBrincat and Hart. Will Benson ever play?

I was the opposite. I thought it was a great pick. He killed it in Juniors. I was wrong.

Bouchard: John Carlson
Rodrigue: Cam Talbot at best
Skinner: Casey DeSmith at best
Mcleod: Jason Chimera (I think McLeod may end up on the wing more than at C)
Benson: Vlad Namestnikov (but without the ability to slide to C) - but I think this will happen on another team, late emergence
Lavoie: a tall Patric Hornqvist
Holloway: Jason Zucker if on McD's wing, Tyler Bozak if 3rd line C behind Drai and McD
Samorukov: Dmitry Kulikov

Broberg is a hard one, because he’s not a offensive defence man like OEL is. Not saying he will be as good as this person, but just the way he plays looks like a young Victor Hedman! Holloway is more grindy which I like! Maybe a Tom Wilson?

Klefbom may be the better comparable tbh. Except Broberg is an even better skater, so like OEL in that regard, but maybe with limited offence.

As for Holloway, he is aggressive but in more legal and less mean ways than Wilson lol. I think more of a Rod Brind'Amour type, but like 2/3 the offense, not expecting a HOF calibre career (I know he's not yet but he should be!).

Konovalov and Savoie belong in this conversation.

Savoie has the potential to be a 30-goal scorer, Konovalov has the potential to be a starter in the NHL. Player comps... maybe Arvidsson and Khudobin?

Probably a PP QB in the same was as Klefbom was last season. Competent enough to slot in with really talented forwards and help, but not create all that much on his own. Bouchard is the PP QB for this team IMO, his fantastic passing, calmness on the off blueline and booming shot are perfect fits since McD carries the puck into the zone better than any Dman on the team ever will. Bouch is not the fastest rusher of the puck, so he wouldn't be too inclined to take that role from McD anyway. They gel nicely. Broberg's offensive skill seems to be like Nurse and McD in skating the puck up into the zone - but again, McD does this better.
