If Morgan isn't re signed he's a rental. Ekholm isn't coming back for a rental and Nashville doesn't need a rental. So Rielly doesn't make sense to a bottom team.
Engvall doesn't add value so he's a non factor.
The leafs are the clear favorites to win the North. Which makes this pick 27-31. Not a valuable first based on expectations.

So if you're asking what would it take for Tor to get Ekholm with money retained and Arvidsson and make the cap work for Toronto as a push trade there's two answers. Neither I think is viable but whatever.

1. Robertson, Holl, Liljegren, Kerfoot, Engvall, Vesey (the latter three are just cap needed)
2. Marner
