Arvidsson is almost just as good as Nylander, plus a couple million Cheaper. He is a 30 plus goal scorer most of his years in the league.
Granlund can be a third Line Center or 2nd line left wing.

I think you're over rating both Arvidsson and Granlund. Arvidsson is fast for sure, but at least Nylander has plateau'd at ~61 points a season. Arvidsson's been rough for now the 2nd year running. Can he get back? I'm not suggesting he can't. I'm saying his value right now should reflect his play. Not hopes and wishes that he'll get back to his career year of 2018/2019.

Grandlund's been a very much meh as well.

I think if Arvidsson played in a situation and style of hockey the Leafs play his stats would be back there. Two years ago he was pretty much a point a game with 34 golas in like 55 games. Last year he had some injuries and right now Nashville is not good. I hear what your saying but I do like the fact that you are getting Granlund in this deal as well. I don't know a ton about him but I think that with both of them it would be a better team on both sides of the puck then with just Nylander. I'm sure Nylander would like a fresh start as well where he is not in the spot light so much.
