Meh. Ducks are better off holding on to Rakell to try to get a higher end prospect or a 1st.

Probably not enough for Rakell. Would definitely claim Simon tho. I would keep the Tanev, Blueger, Kap line together. Simon, while nothing special, is a much better option on the 4th line than Lafferty or Jank. He can also fill in for very short periods of time on the top line when Sid is healthy if needed.
