Description

Pulju and McD complement eachother well, I'd like to see them back together again soon. Kass and Pulju together would make a pretty formidable forecheck and perhaps result in a lot of pucks coughed up for McDavid to pick up and control. With Kass's style not really sure it matters which wing he plays on TBH, but obviously it would take a lot of trust from a coach to put a guy on the off wing. Kass on the third line makes more logical sense, but the bottom 6 has actually been pretty good for a run of about 15 games here (save for the Toronto series, but nobody was very good there on any line). LW could also be solved at deadline, but seeing if there is chemistry with Kass would be a good thing to try first.

Broke his hand to some degree in a fight with Gudbranson a while back. But he is skating with the team again as of today (not sure if contact or not), so he must be not too far off.

Perfect line up for me. Only change is JP has played left wing before, so might want him and Kassian to swtich

Oh ****!! Thank you. I've been trying to find out what the issue's been for a hot minute now but all reports I've found are yadda yadda upper body.

I don't think kassian ever stopped skating at Rogers.

i don't think tippett has much faith in kassian on his off wing he's never tried it before.

Fair enough with the Tippett reality, not saying it's likely, but I'd like to see it.

Change today is he practiced fully apparently is all, according to the team's official site.

Kassian just isn't a top 6 winger. No consistency - and he hasn't been himself since he signed his new contract. So no, he shouldn't be on any of the top 2 lines.

Don't know if it was ever clarified, but it happened during the fight and it looked like his hand hit Gudbranson's helmet a good deal and then he was favouring it. Makes the most sense.
