I agree... however Sharks fans have inflated Hertl's value so much on this website that I added a bit more such that I didn't get flamed. Sad reality of what this website has become... Sharks fans have delusional asks on Hertl.

I think he'd help sure, but agree the ask from SJ-mafia is too high.
If he can stay healthy is the key and he's not getting any younger either (re: more injuries likely)!

Sorry that Bobby Orr retired. Doug Wilson couldn't say yes fast enough if that overpay was presented to him. No way Boston does that deal, Orr or no Orr.

Smith signed 3 yr 9.3M. Similar stages of careers for both players with Palmieri having the better track record. What will Palmieri get in this market? 3 yr 12-13M or are you thinking 5M+/yr? Toffoli, 2 years younger got 4 yr 17M.

Why should the other fanbases fold under the pressure of someone who has ruined a player's ask? It's pretty much you and 2 or 3 others that have hiked his price up here and ram every realistic hertl offer out there. Not just my trades.
