A McChicken. . . I'm more in the 3-4 mill range with a short term deal he can use to play better for a big contract

Yea and he's got the infamous Newport agency representing him and he now has arbitration rights. They're going to try to inflate his value regardless. If he's at $4.5 I would sooner say just trade him. We can hope Perunovich recovers fully (that's what I'm hearing anyway), Mikkola has taken a next step, there's always the option of free agency for 3rd pairing D-men that we can get for cheap... no reason to pay Dunn $4.5 a year, or even $4. I'd probably be a buyer at $3 or so but that's about it. But that's just me.
