NSH declines, they'll get a better offer if they more him. But they won't because they'll get that same offer next year at TDL if they want to move him.

I've seen enough to know his contract is overpayment for what he can supply. Also if he was a great piece to the Penguins then you wouldn't be trading him to Buffalo for 1 year of Eric Staal with 2 2nds.
