Would have to start with the 2017 Martin Hanzal deal as the starting point and add a significant piece or two from there as Hertl is better and he's also not on an expiring deal.
So that would be 1st + 2nd+ 4th + Prospect to meet the Hanzal trade at the 2017 TDL. Then add another 1st to compensate for the additional year in 2021-22. So total package would be 2 1st rounders, 2nd rounder, 4th rounder, and B level prospect. Would also be good building a deal around Lundell + 1st + B level prospect.
Obviously it is a steep price, but prime aged 1st line centers don't come cheap, especially with retention and a non-expiring deal. End of the day, don't see the Sharks moving Hertl as it would signal a rebuild and DW has insisted that is not going to happen.
