Anyone have a scouting report on Morand? I assume he's not anything special, but still curious what he'll bring to the AHL team (probably).

JBB said it was for cap flexibility for when Stephens comes back. We'd have had to play with 5 defensemen yesterday with McDonagh out if Stephens wasn't on LTIR. Whether that turns into a TDL add i don't know, but it'll allow us to keep giving Colton and eventually Raddysh some playing time without worrying about losing anyone on waivers.
