Eh, to be fair, Lou overvalues gritty rugged fourth liners almost 2x what they are so maybe he thinks the Kassian contract isn't too bad idk hard to say

Too much money & term to players over 30 but overall this is good and positive all told: what about a replacement for Smith who will regress soon?

Nobody will give the second round for Koskinen, no matter how we have to pay extra. Why would Seattle take on Neal's bad contract when they can just take on Jones? I don't think we need Eberle, especially at the price of the Bear, the Bear is a more valuable asset, it has great potential.

Aside from trading Kassian, I love everything about this. Maybe shave a couple bucks off Barrie and Larsson extensions and throw in a guy like Turris or Archibald instead of Kassian for cap to work? Just my thoughts not everyone likes Zack as much as I do LOL
