    Would be nice if they took him he makes 8 mil for 2 more years. Right know if they didn't have to pay him that imagine how good they could after the offseason.

    What would u do if you could clear Wheeler’s 8 mill? Would u go after Dougie Hamilton? Would u sign Hall? OR:

    Sign a a couple of forwards (Gusev, Hoffman type players) and a Dman (Hamonic) all to 1 year contracts

    Go for the two Hams and then get Arima back . Then await like St Louis did with Hoffman and sigh some guys cheap.

    i don't follow winnipeg much but is broissot really worth 3 mil? i'd rather pay 3 mill to a really good backup

    He's a backup...not worth 3 mill for 3 years. Especially when Bucky will play 60 games a year. Jets have a decent prospect playing in the A right now too

    I have a pipe dream of Dougie Hamilton, but it might just be a pipe dream. Someone is gonna pay that guy top money for max term
    I like the idea of the jets going after a couple D if they had the cap space, maybe a F
