Description
I've been feeling really depressed and overwhelmed with everything lately. I have a really heavy semester at school, so all that work has taken a toll on me. I feel unmotivated to do anything, even getting off my desk to walk around. I'm literally going mental. I need serious help.

Sounds cliche, but take a deep breath and don't think about the future. Focus on the present. Listen to music, go for a walk, spend some time in nature. Everything passes.

You should probably talk to family/friends, voice your concerns

As for the school work, stay organized and take it one day at a time. Schedule the best days to work on certain projects (in accordance to due dates) and talk to teachers so you know exactly what they are looking for

Kind of in the same boat, I'm a big overthinker and that doesn't help at all. Think about all the positive stuff going on and don't think about what's going to happen in the future because that just stresses you out. For school, I try to think through week by week no more, no less. Try getting new hobbies, sometimes it really helps, for me I like collecting maple syrup. If you need help I'm here for you.

Try to do things that makes you happy and try to manage your time wisely. It would lower your stress

Try to schedule your time so that you aren't focused on too many things at once and work in some time for yourself to just take a few deep breaths or be active. You will get through this just make sure to take it one step at a time and things won't be as stressful.
