That might even be an overpayment for Duchene, let alone Landeskog

I agree its too much. Just trying to show that the Bruins can easily make it happen without hurting their NHL roster or giving up McAvoy.

i did pretty much the exact same trade for landeskog months ago and everyone said i needed to give up more. now everyone is saying the bruins would give up too much because of his down season. i think landeskog would be perfect for boston on a line with krejci.

I have done the same thing with Myers to the Flyers and now they say he isn't worth much.

These people don't know anything and over-react to everything.

Landeskog has always been a bit overrated if you ask me, but the reason everyone is changing the value so much doesn't really have as much to do with him as it does the Avs and how much they need to start unloading contracts to start the rebuild.

I'd do this. Marchand and Landeskog locked up at LW long term means guys like Debrusk, Heinen, Bjork are expendable. K Miller is redundant with McQuaid. LHD prospect depth is deep, Lauzon, Lindgren, Grzelcyk, O'Gara. Krug already signed long term. Can't afford to sign Spooner this summer. Not enough spots for all the prospects, this is a nice consolidation of assets.
