Description

The two main reasons the isles lost last night was because they had trouble exiting the defensive zone with possession and they struggled to get shots off from prime scoring areas.

I have a bad feeling there's that the young players (like always) will be healthy scratched and guys like mayfield, Martin, clutterbuck won't be held accountable.

these lines work, although I think we should start Sorokin. I also hope clutterbuck is fine and won't play worse due to that injury

these lines are awful - Coburn-greene has the potential to be the worst pairing in the NHL lol. Putting komarov in for wahlstrom would be beyond stupid.

Depending on if Bailey and Clutter are healthy for tonight:

Czizkas- Barzal-Eberle- Casey brings a physical presence this line needs and can handle faceoffs for Barzal
Palmeri-Nelson-Wahlstrom- Nelson is soft and looks like he is coasting all the time, give him 2 wingers who play hard
Beau-Pageau-Clutterbuck- This line will work hard, play good d and provide some offense
Martin-Zajac-Bailey- Martin and Bailey both need a wakeup call, give them less minutes as a message

Pelech-Pulock- Consistent, no change needed
Leddy- Dobson- Leddy looked really bad last night, let's give him a partner who can skate well with him
Coburn-Greene- Mayfield needs a game off, let's get Coburn in there who hopefully provides some physicality

Agreed, I would take Hickey over then both tonight.

its kind of weird that hickey didn't stay in for greene after dobson came back. I thought hickey was arguably our best defenseman in his 6 games. He can move the puck, he's solid at both ends of the ice. Im getting tired of watching mayfield and greene struggle to execute a simple tape to tape pass.

I was confused on the Komarov thing, but I didn't even notice you put in coburn
