Nosek and Martinez are both having career years at the end of contracts. Vegas should only bring them back if they can sign them for 3M combined (Martinez 2M and Nosek 1M). Depending on Janmark 2M or less for him. Vegas can't afford blowing unneeded money on supporting players when they have ready players in the AHL.

He will be 34 and having success on the team after 3.5 bad years on LA. If he wants more he can walk but if he wants to win some games he signs. Martinez has no leverage in this situation, especially in a flat cap era.
