If it would be before expansion draft, it would also be before entry draft. So not going to know who is available.

Wow there are some that have him better than Luke and real close but not quite at Power. I know its BPA, but in Devs case Beniers, Guenther and Eklund (Wallstedt) should really not be a conversation
