I feel like the Oilers could use Tierney as a 3C and he’s expendable for the Sens. I’d do Tierney for Bear and Turris in a heartbeat. Both teams can afford to protect their new guy too (and it also means the Oilers can protect Caleb Jones). I feel like this is a basis that makes sense for both sides as a pre-expansion swap, with whatever mid-round pick swaps you want thrown in if either side wants to adjust the value slightly.
