Easy bo on the 2nd Flames trade. Flames probably wouldn't do Mangiapane straight up for Reinhart

Reinhart finished 11th in the league in goals with basically no help. Plus his PP presence would seriously help CAL, plus built-in connection with Eichel. Reinhart is a seriously underrated player. Combine the 2 trades into 1 if it makes you feel better. Reinhart >>>> Mangiapane.

Mangiapane tied for 11th in the league in 5v5 goals, ahead of Reinhart. With more PP time he is easily a 40-60 point player easily. Reinhart is good and definitely not underrated after the career season he just had but Mangiapane is legitimately underrated leaguewide. Reinhart literally finished the season with 19 EV points, Mangiapane finished with 26. The fact that you think Calgary adds a top prospect in that exchange is plane ignorance

That trade is terrible for the Jets. Why would they trade their best Defenceman for a worse player and a khl guy

Because he's not actually worse. He's covered in Buffalo slime.
