Makar either gets bridged shorter for less or signed longer for more I would imagine, though personally I'd hope not much more and long term. Grubauer gets more but shorter term. If Saad would take that then great but don't think he will. Soderberg and Nemeth I doubt will be back, especially at that money. If we bring back a vet it'd be better to bring back PEB. Jost gets more, Timmins & Landy about right.

The value in that trade for Graves is low. He probably gets taken in the XD unless someone makes a really good offer. Could be Donskoi or Compher who are taken in the XD or one may get moved for cap space, or possibly even Kadri gets moved for cap space with how they've played without him so far.

We're pretty bad, so that Devils' 3rd is closer to a 2nd...maybe if we drop the 3rd to a 4th.
Graves is 26, and we likely won't be competitive for 2-3 years, that puts him close to the wrong side of 30

While I could see Devils in on Graves should Avs make him available...I'm not sure about the price.
The d-man market last off-season seemed rather buyer-friendly...
Toews at two 2nds, Murray for a 5th, Schmidt for a 3rd, Edmundson for 5th.

Maybe 3rd and 5th?
