Description
If the Pens can move MAF great but I'm going with the have to buy him out to save Murray from LV. Also I know everyone is on the Shattenkirk wagon but the guy is a -14 so far on, as of 1/24, a playoff team. That's not the defender I'm looking for. The Caps won't be able to resign Alzner with everyone else they need to resign with their cap space I think (Kuznetsov, Oshie, Orlov are gonna want BIG raises). Unless he takes a decent Home Town Discount he'll be on the market.

No way Alzner goes for $3.8M. He's going to get at least $5M and possibly more than that.

That's why I said if they can move him great that saves another $1.9mil. But I don't think he's movable anymore. And if he does get traded the Pens won't get much and will still need to retain some of his salary I'm sure.
