I think you’d have to give up more than a 2nd to clear those two cap hits. I agree #9 is a lot, but there’s cap savings and a quality player coming in. I think it would have to be at minimum two 2’s just to clear the hits, staal got Detroit 1 himself

So Phil's gonna be getting paychecks from Toronto, Arizona and Vancouver? Funny thing is, the only team that won't be still paying for him has 2 Stanley Cups. Even though they're not involved, PIT wins. LOL
