Right so if he isn't #1 then he shouldn't be a player you build around? that's all I am saying, I am not saying he isn't a good player but he is ideally a #2/3 guy on a elite team

You mean a core well no ****, but usually the core is built upon the best player and in a core Tkachuck shouldn't be the best player

Ok would you say Toronto has built around Marner? That would be the Tkachuk comparable. Also aot of teams have proven success building around multiple players instead of 1 clear player
